Well, it has been a long time since I have posted.  I had a really busy October.  I don’t like to just throw around the word busy because I think that word is way over-used in our society.  It is kind of a status symbol.

Our Pastor was out of town for the month of October, so a lot of extra responsibility was shifted my way.  Fortunately, my load is starting to lighten again now.  I also preached in October, so that took quite a bit of my time to prepare for that.

Hopefully, I can get back to posting soon.

There are changes coming for my blog.

I have decided not to do posts everyday as I read books. I have found that this changes the way in which I read and is not working out very well. Also, I think that it causes too much information for the reader. I have decided to publish mainly articles like I typically have on Fridays. These will be done once or twice a week. I think this amount of information will be much more manageable for the reader and for me.

I will continue to point out interesting things that I read and also provide final book summaries, but I will no longer provide detailed reviews as I am reading.

Also, the forum is really up and running now, so I want to have plenty of time to devote to it. If you have not checked it out yet, I would encourage you to do so. There are some interesting discussions happening. The link can be found on the right side of the page.

Sorry for the lack of posts this week.  Dena’s grandmother passed away last week, so we were out of town.  I typically write these posts a week in advance.  With being gone last week, I do not have any posts written for this week.

My goal is to have posts available on Monday through Friday.  Hopefully, next week I will get back in a routine.
